Maintenance Methods

The exceptional dual front and rear maintenance design liberates the LED display from the constraints of installation space. It combines the convenience of front maintenance with the cost-effectiveness of rear maintenance, allowing users to select the most suitable maintenance method based on specific circumstances.

Detachable Lateral Control Box

The RHD series features a detachable, horizontally mounted power box, which effectively acts as a reinforcing rib for the rear of the cabinet. This design significantly enhances the cabinet’s bending rigidity. The power box can be removed without the need for tools and utilises a hard-connection mechanism, eliminating the need for superfluous cables; furthermore, it supports the rapid assembly of curved and irregularly shaped screens.

Built-in Aluminum Heat Sink

The rear cover features an integrated aluminium heat sink, eliminating the need for an additional power board. During operation, it effectively lowers the power supply temperature by 5–8°C, resulting in a lower failure rate.

Screen Corner Protection

The LED display panel is equipped with corner protection devices, which effectively safeguard the unit during transportation and handling.

Protective Performance

The RHD series features exceptional resistance to water, intense sunlight, and dust; even in outdoor environments, they remain impervious to wind, sun, and rain, ensuring their operational lifespan remains unaffected.

Ultra-high-definition visuals

With a refresh rate reaching up to 7680 Hz and 14-bit grayscale, it delivers flawless visual effects—free from ripple patterns or ghosting—even when viewed outdoors from a distance.

Irregular Splicing

The 500 × 500 mm and 500 × 1000 mm cabinet units support both horizontal and vertical staggered splicing. The interlocking connection structure between cabinets enables multi-directional and irregular splicing configurations.

A Variety of Creative Shapes

The RHD series LED displays support customised curved screens, enabling multi-angle arc splicing. Adjustable angle ranges include: -10°, -7.5°, -5°, -2.5°, 0°, 2.5°, 5°, 7.5°, and 10°.

Both standard and corner cabinets can be seamlessly assembled to form a rectangular display; furthermore, both the modules and cabinets can be trimmed to facilitate the creation of custom cylindrical screens.
