Front Maintenance Soft Modules

The flexible modules of the spherical LED display feature a silicone backing shell, allowing them to bend and fit seamlessly into the spherical frame structure. Powerful magnetic columns are built into the back of each module, enabling direct attachment to the metal frame. A single person can easily remove faulty modules from the front for quick front maintenance without dismantling the entire screen. Rear maintenance is also available by accessing the inside of the sphere structure.

Seamless Splicing

Triangular, square, and trapezoidal modules are employed to conform to the spherical curvature; these are arranged and assembled across different zones of the sphere to achieve a seamless, natural finish.

360° All-round Panoramic Viewing

360° All-round Panoramic Viewing Equipped with four universal casters, the cabinet can be moved to any position by just one person without any handling equipment. The wheels can be locked after placement to prevent sliding or shifting during operation.

Multiple Control Modes

It supports five control modes—synchronous, asynchronous, USB drive, mobile app, and cloud-based remote control—and can display high-definition images, dynamic videos, 360° panoramic VR content, and real-time screen casting; when paired with sensor equipment, it also enables interactive experiences triggered by human presence.

Pre-installed Multi-Functional Power Sockets

The spherical LED display features high-specification full-color LED beads and is available in both indoor and outdoor versions. The indoor model offers soft, eye-friendly illumination, while the high-brightness outdoor model delivers stable, vibrant colors—day or night. Whether displaying still images or dynamic video, the screen consistently provides high-definition visuals.

High Protection Rating

The spherical LED display features IP65-rated, fully protected GOB (Glue-on-Board) modules that are dustproof, waterproof, and glare-resistant; it ensures stable, long-term operation even in harsh conditions and is suitable for extended outdoor use.

Customizable In Any Diameter Size

SZLEDWORLD offers spherical LED screens in stock with diameters of 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 1, 1.2, 1.5, 2, 2.5, and 3 meters, and can customize spherical LED screens to any size.

Multi-pixel Spacing Options

  • P1.2-P2.5:Suitable for close-range viewing, it delivers a high-definition display that reveals rich detail; it is typically used in high-end showrooms, museums, conference rooms, indoor advertising displays, brand experience stores, and similar settings.
  • P3-P5: Suitable for medium-range viewing and balancing cost with clarity, it is widely used in commercial settings such as shopping malls, stages, large-scale exhibitions, commercial advertising, and brand promotional events.
  • P6-P8:Suitable for long-distance viewing and featuring high brightness, it is widely used in large outdoor spaces such as public plazas, theme parks, urban landscapes, landmark displays, and large-scale promotional events.
  • P10-P16: Suitable for large-scale outdoor projects, such as massive spherical advertising screens, architectural installations, sports venues, and iconic urban landmarks.

Installation Method

  1. Floor-standing installation: Suitable for small- to medium-sized spherical LED displays for temporary indoor exhibitions; easy to move.
  2. Ceiling hanging installation: Medium-to-large spherical LED displays can be suspended from the ceiling using top brackets or steel structures, offering a 360-degree panoramic view while saving floor space.
  3. Wall-mounted installation: Mounting spherical LED displays onto walls or architectural structures saves installation space and creates a unique architectural decorative effect, making them ideal for creative display designs.
  4. Support structure installation: The LED display is secured using a steel support structure or a custom frame, supporting large-diameter spheres and enhancing stability in outdoor environments.
