Flexible structure

The main reason flexible rental LED displays (FRL500 Series) can bend is that they use a flexible PCB substrate, a flexible cabinet and a soft rubber back shell. These special materials ensure that the screen of the flexible LED display contains no rigid hard materials and has enough flexibility to bend into special shapes such as circular, curved, wavy, or even spiral shapes. The elegant lines adapt to irregular spaces, making the entire display full of dynamism.

Comprehensive protective device

The lamps on the module surface use a precise glue dispensing reinforcement process, so they will not loosen or fall off even when the screen surface is bent under force. They also provide protection against wind, rain, dust, and ultraviolet rays, extending the lifespan of the LED display when used outdoors for long periods.
2.The four corner protectors are installed on the sides of the cabinet, effectively preventing the cabinet from bumping into each other during transportation and also protecting the screen surface. It is very suitable for you to choose it when you need to rent an LED display.

Precise installation and splicing positioning markers

The spring plungers and locating pins are installed on the side of the cabinet. During installation and assembly, users can quickly position the cabinets through these markers. This results in a more natural and aesthetically pleasing screen surface with smoother curves, while also improving installation efficiency.
One flexible LED display panel can be seamlessly spliced with another flexible panel. You can also combine it with standard flat panels according to your design ideas to create creative and custom shapes.

The FRL500 LED display with an arched curved surface structure changes the direction of light reflection. The light does not shine directly into the eyes but disperses to both sides. The wide viewing angle meets the viewing needs from different positions. Whether indoors or outdoors, prolonged viewing does not cause visual fatigue, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable viewing experience.

Integrated power and signal

The back of the cabinet is equipped with an aviation connector that integrates power supply, network cable, and signal, resulting in fewer cables and tidy wiring. The method of connecting cables and connectors is very simple, and later maintenance does not require dismantling the screen. The shape of the cabinet when bending is not affected by the aviation connector.

Suspension beam

FRL500 series LED display screens can not only be placed on the ground, but can also be suspended through cabinets and hanging beams. The placement angle of the LED display screen can be flexibly adjusted. Suspended installation does not occupy floor space, while creating a floating effect, with a 360° ultra-wide angle, eliminating visual blind spots, making it suitable for various scenarios.

Lightweight and slim cabinet design

A single 500×500 mm cabinet is only 85 mm thick and weighs 7.7 kilograms, making it lightweight and slim. The back of the cabinet is rigidly connected, with neat wiring and a simple design.
