SMD And DIP

Two processing technologies are available for grille LED displays: SMD surface-mount and DIP through-hole.

  • The SMD surface-mount type uses long, narrow aluminum strips with lamp beads mounted along their sides, providing larger light-transmitting gaps. It boasts higher cost performance and a wider viewing angle.
  • The DIP through-hole type features densely arranged grid-matrix lamp beads with prominently raised lamp particles. It achieves higher brightness and maintains more stable operating performance.

Maintenance And Installation

Front maintenance utilizes a latch-based mounting design, allowing for vertical adjustment via cutouts in the front panel; maintenance and disassembly can be performed entirely from the front, making it suitable for installations lacking rear access aisles. Rear maintenance employs a hook-based mounting design that offers superior wind resistance and enhanced structural stability, though it requires a dedicated maintenance aisle.
